Bentwood Nursery Policies:

New Customers:
COD basis until proper credit check has been administered.

Existing customers:
Net 30 from date of invoice.

Service charge:
1.5 % per month will be added to any balance more than 30 days aged.

Plant Bids:
Bentwood Nursery accepts and responds to plant bids on a daily basis.

Quantity discounts are available.

Shipping:
Unlimited Shipping via UPS, Air Cargo, and also Bentwood Freight.

Pick-up:
Pick-up orders are from 7:30am – 5:00pm unless other arrangements have been made prior with staff.

For convenience please call in orders ahead of time so the order will be filled and ready for pick-up.
